There are less than 20 days left until the exhibition.
 
This is an announcement for your preparation, so please check the details below.
 
 
 
1. On-site preparation for the exhibition(October 5th)
 
Exhibitors can enter the day before the event to check the booth and display the exhibits.
 
The time to enter and prepare for the exhibition on October 5 is from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
 
Here's what you need to do on this day:
 
① Receive Exhibitor badge
  - You can pick up your badge at the registration desk in the lobby in front of the exhibition hall.
 
② Check booth and display exhibits
  - Please check the booth location and details, then display your exhibits.
 
③ Parking registration (optional)
  - You can register for parking at the parking office located in the lobby in front of Hall 1.
  - One-day parking fee is 12,000 won based on the full-day ticket, but for exhibitors, if you register for parking for at least 3 days, you can register for 7,000 won a day.
  - If you register for more than 3 days, you can enter and exit freely during the period.
 
For reference, the operating hours of the exhibition are from 10:00 to 17:00, and exhibitors can enter from 9:00.
(Only on October 6th on the first day of the event, you can enter from 08:00. You can make on-site preparation at this time if you can't come to the site on Oct. 5th.)
 
 
 
2. Utilities and Exhibitor Pass Application
 
The Utilities and pass application page will be closed on Sep 23rd.

 
Regarding furniture, you have to apply by Sep 30th. You can apply on-site, but in this case, you need to wait and some specific furniture may not be rented.

Please note that lights, fascia board, 1 info desk and chair, 1kw of electricity, and carpet will be provided to you if you have applied for a standard booth(a shell scheme).
